About:

Mandy Fontaine brings more than 20 years of experience across college counseling, admissions, student development and program leadership to US Performance Academy. She has worked as a College Admissions Counselor, served as a Delegate for the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), undergraduate admissions reader, high school college counselor, and independent consultant, guiding students and families through every stage of the college exploration and planning process. 

As a former volleyball and basketball collegiate athlete and athletics coach, Mandy understands the demands and opportunities that come with being a high-performing student-athlete. She founded and developed her own business focused on athlete’s mental fitness. Her innovative programming focuses on individual and team development; building self-awareness, purpose, communication, resilience, and, ultimately, performance in the student-athlete’s sport and life.   

Mandy is passionate about helping student-athletes see the connection between their academic strengths, athletic talents, personal interests and future career opportunities. She is excited to empower student-athletes and families with the knowledge, relationships and individualized strategies to confidently navigate the college and career journey.
