Bailey has spent 20+ years in education, coaching, and consulting. She earned her BA in English Literature and MSEd in Educational Development and Strategies. Bailey is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Family and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. She enjoys helping people improve their overall well-being through relaxation techniques, time management, and mind-body strategies. Bailey lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.
