The Captains Agency is a global soccer agency dedicated to helping U.S.‑born players advance to the next stage of their professional careers. As the parent company of PIRlo—a data‑driven Player Index Rating system created by founder Jonathan Kiersky—the agency evaluates players’ strengths and developmental needs across age, gender, league, and position. Their “Moneyball‑style” analytical approach supports clubs, players, and families in making informed recruitment and development decisions.

Can I join USPA while training and travelling full time?

Yes. USPA is fully asynchronous. Wherever you go, school goes with you. Our learning coaches help you manage your schedule so you can prioritize training and travelling while keeping up with your schoolwork.

What courses do you offer?

As a Cognia-accredited school with NCAA-approved curriculum, we offer a range of courses. View our course catalog here.

Can international students apply?

Yes. International students are welcome. USPA follows the United States Educational System, but if international students are looking for online school that aligns with their country’s educational system, we recommend finding your best fit with Inspired Online Schools.
