Joe O’Leary has over 14 years of experience as a Counselor in Online Education. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in School Counseling. Joe grew up in Boston, MA but currently resides in Seattle, WA, with his wife, son, and dog. Joe was a swimmer in his youth, high school, and college years and then went on to coach at the club, high school, and collegiate levels. From 2011-2023 Joe worked for an online school and developed strong ties with colleges and universities’ admissions and athletic compliance staff. From 2018-2023 Joe served on the NCAA National Advisory Board. He is well-versed and knowledgeable in NCAA rules and requirements for initial eligibility.
