Nicole, a native of Des Moines, Iowa has spent the last 16 years teaching Spanish, French, EAL both in the U.S. and internationally. After graduating with her B.A. in Spanish and French dual education, she took a job at an international school in South Korea and never looked back.
She has taught and lived in South Korea, the Philippines, and Spain. She has also been teaching online in both private and public school settings for the last 4 years. Nicole earned her Master’s in Language and TESOL Education from Indiana University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Language Curriculum and Instruction.
Nicole’s passion for cultures and languages has led her to travel to over 40 countries. When she isn’t busy teaching and traveling, she spends time rescuing animals, reading, and playing the piano. She currently resides in Iowa with her husband and menagerie of pets which include dogs, cats, a rabbit, and 2 chickens.
