Carrie McGillicuddy is an educational counselor who is committed to helping students reach their full potential. Carrie has worked in a variety of settings including k-12 public schools, k-12 private schools, specialized schools for neurodiverse learners, and most recently in higher education as an admissions and transition counselor. Carrie also comes with a wealth of experience in more traditional mental health and clinical settings. Carrie’s experience as a counselor at a private school for students who learn differently ignited her passion for helping neurodiverse students.
Carrie holds a BA in Psychology from Pace university, an MS in Counseling from Mercy College, and credits toward her MSW from New York University. Carrie resides in Delaware with her husband, 9-year-old son, and 5-year-old daughter. When she is not busy being “mom” she enjoys hiking, dancing, and reading.
