US Performance Academy (USPA) and USA Artistic Swimming (USAAS) have renewed their partnership in order to continue to provide and expand support for high performing athletes with rigorous training schedules.
USPA is the official education provider for USAAS and with the success seen from current and alumni synchro athletes, USAAS has decided to renew the partnership in hopes to promote the use of this unique online education platform for more of their athletes.
“Our athletes are training and competing on a schedule that is not conducive to a traditional school schedule.” said Adam Andrasko, CEO of USAAS. “USPA provides the opportunity for balance, a college-prep education, and a personal approach to an athlete’s education.”
USPA is an accredited, NCAA approved, private, online, middle & high school created for high performance athletes. Designed by athletes and educators, the approach specifically benefits driven students who are training, traveling, competing, and pushing themselves to the next level. The online curriculum allows for a flexible school schedule and academic calendar. The support system keeps students involved, motivated, and on track to success. And the focus on the student-athlete’s future goals and aspirations opens up a doorway to future opportunities.
“We’re very excited to continue our partnership with Adam and the entire leadership team at USAAS.” said Peter Smith, USPA President. “As a school community, we are proud of the work we have done with these athletes, from our alumni USAAS student-athlete who competed in the Rio Olympics to our current student-athlete on the Senior National Team. It is a huge compliment that they have chosen to endorse USPA again by renewing our partnership.”
