USPA Family Advisor
We are hiring for Family Advisors who are specialists in the following sports:


Job Description:

The USPA Family Advisor fields in-bound, sport-specific inquiries as well as seeks to connect with potential student athletes and their families. As Family Advisors communicate frequently with elite athletes and their families, the position requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by elite student-athletes. The Family Advisor  should have  attained mastery in their specific sport and participated at an elite level. 

The USPA Family Advisor’s primary goal is to enroll USPA students, as well as remain trusted mentors to the student-athlete and their families throughout their USPA journey.


  • Work within your existing sport network to identify and encourage potential USPA students
  • Conduct meetings to  get to know the family and the athlete, present USPA (often via a deck that will be provided),  answer questions, and usher potential student/athlete families to enrollment
  • Document all contact and meeting notes in Hubspot
  • Initiate meetings with student athletes and their families 
  • Distribute swag when appropriate
  • Identify candidates for scholarships 
  • Identify and service organizational partners within your sport focus
  • Direct families through the application and enrollment process
  • Facilitate handoff to admissions and Student Success Coordinator
  • Check in and maintain relationships with the student/athlete and their family throughout the school year – coordinate with Student Success Coordinator
  • Share success stories of student athletes with the marketing team 
  • Collaborate with that sales and marketing team to shape sport-specific outreach and marketing materials (ie sport-specific landing page, ads, direct email, deck, etc)

USPA Family Advisors will have:

  • A college degree 
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Excellent communication skills – writing, emailing, and calling
  • Respected position within their sport
  • Exceptional organizational skills – tracking/recording  student athlete information and status
  • The ability to organize and conduct online meetings
  • The ability to present USPA sales presentation
  • Excitement to learn and work as part of an exceptional educational team at USPA

USPA Provides:

  • Base Salary 
  • Commission per enrolled student and re- enrolled students 
  • Commission for organizational partnerships created
  • An supportive, knowledgeable and passionate team
