The Captains Agency is a worldwide Soccer Agency specializing in assisting US born players taking their next step in the Professional game. TCA is the parent company of PIRlo (Player Index Rating locator) Soccer Data System. PIRlo is a data rating system created by The Captains Agency founder Jonathan Kiersky. It is utilized to highlight strengths and weaknesses in a players game as it pertains to the league, age, gender, and position they are currently playing in or will be transferred to. PIRlo utilizes the same data system for the pro game and to the US Youth System for both Boys and Girls from the ages of U11-U19. PIRlo is a clubs/ players/ parents development and recruitment assistant and is described as Moneyball for Soccer.
